Okay so I've been using my cheap PVC parallettes everyday since I made them and love them. The move that I'm doing in these pics is a pretty advanced core exercise. I have been doing 3-5 20sec L-sits and pull back through with legs straight up in the air. I think that the parallettes are one of the best pieces of equipment I have in my gym. I can do handstand push-ups to work the shoulders deeper and to get a deeper push-up. You can also do reverse dips if you really want too. If you are doing Crossfit or Yoga these are the way to go. I'll keep the pics and different exercises coming.
