The rings are hung and the bars are unpacked. It is finally time to come and sweat! Our doors will open Monday morning for the 5:30 am class and we will be teaching our regularly scheduled classes. Click Here to see the CrossFit T-Town Schedule
Don't forget we will be having our Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday June 15th
Yoga starts this week!
Christine Hoagland will be teaching our Yoga classes at T-Town. Come and try them out. Free for members, $5 drop in for non members. You will need to bring your own yoga mat. See you then!
