The Iron Cross

Want to build MORE strength? Check out these gold medal moves from Olympic gymnast, John Orozco.

The iron cross is a strength move performed by men on the rings. In it, the gymnast holds the rings straight out on either side of his body while holding himself up. The gymnast's body and arms are perpendicular to each other and look like a cross. A gymnast must hold the position for 2 seconds in order to receive credit for the move. I've been working on this move for a while now.
