Eat Fresh

I eat “real” food – fresh, natural food like meat, fish, chicken, vegetables and nuts. I choose foods that are nutrient dense, with lots of naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals. Food quality is important! Should you shun all packaged foods in order to maintain health? NO. But packaged foods ought to be a small portion of your diet, not the majority of it. Why use frozen or canned vegetables when you can use fresh, organic vegetables?
