Go with the Flow

Sometimes not every workout has to be organized to be effective. Sometimes just going somewhere and allowing yourself to have fun is the best approach. The most optimal way to train is to get the most out of each single training day. Robotically following a program is not going to help with that. Sometimes, the most out of a day is recovery, sometimes its lifting, and sometimes its doing a bunch of metcon movements and calling it a day.
