AMRAP 20 minutes Run 400 meters Max rep Pull-ups
30/20/21/21/23/9 = 125 (PR) I ran out of time on round #6 because my run finished in 19:42. I only had time to do 9 pull-ups last round. I need to run faster next time. There was a major headwind while running at 6am
