I had the pleasure of meeting a great CrossFitter and great person Scott Lewis. He is from the Jersey area and trains at Guerrilla Fitness Crossfit Montclair. He came into Tulsa for work and decided to train at Next Generation CF. He competed in the 2009 CF Games and placed 44th out of 75. Great to meet you Scott and keep up with the Yoga so you can get stronger. I hope to compete with you at this year's games.
