21-15-9 reps for time: Deadlift 225lb Handstand Push-ups As Rx'd 2:56
The last time I did this WOD my time was 4:20. This time I went in thinking I would get around 3:30. I did all 21 DL and 21 HSPU unbroken, then I did 15 DL and 10-5 HSPU. I did 9 DL and 5-3-1 HSPU for a time of 2:56.
