Yoga Practice


I have been practing Yoga for almost 4 years now. I am getting ready to post different Yoga poses/postures on this site to help others with their cool downs after Crossfit. If you use my sequence of poses/postures after a Crossfit WOD you will be able to recover more rapidly, than not doing anything at all.
