Reconditioning the Body


In essence, somewhere along the line most humans no longer needed to jump, push, climb, squat, and run to stay alive, and we turned to weight lifting to train our bodies. We must now recondition our bodies to function in the matter to which they were designed. Like swinging a sledge hammer and throwing hay bales. Start CrossFit
