Start NOW/ TODAY

We're creatures of habit, so it's best to embed running into your schedule in the same way you would brushing your teeth or taking a shower. Choose a regular running schedule, and be honest with yourself. If you're a zombie in the morning, chances are you won't pop out of bed at 5 a.m. for a jog. If you're just starting, running 5 miles each day isn't very realistic. In any case, try to fit running into your day, whether it's in the morning or evening.
