CrossFit T-Town is very happy to announce three new programs we are starting in July!

Free Intro Class- Saturdays at 10:00 am

T-Town will be offering a free intro class every Saturday at 10am beginning on July 12th. This class is for any person who is interested in learning more about what CrossFit is and what CrossFit T-Town offers. This will be a great time for friends and family members to come and try out a class for free and get to know the gym. Besides going through a structured warm-up, the members will get to do a basic workout to give them an idea on what a typical class is like at T-Town. It will be a fun way to start off their experience in CrossFit at T-Town. We look forward to anyone new to CrossFit joining us on Saturday mornings.

Refer a Friend Program

We will be offering our existing members a “Refer a Friend” reward program. If you refer a new person to try CrossFit T-Town and they sign up for at least one month, you will get $50 off your membership dues for the following month!!! What a fun and easy way to save on your membership! We want to continue to build the best CrossFit community around and we want to reward our members for helping us make that possible. So, send your friends our way and get rewarded!!!

New Fundamentals Program

And, last but not least, we are really excited to announce our new Fundamentals Program beginning on July 8th. If you have never done CrossFit and the thought of jumping into a regular class is intimidating, T-Town’s Fundamentals Program is the place to start! This program is designed to introduce you to the hows & whys of CrossFit so that you can get the most out of your membership right away! Join us for six informative, fun and productive classes to begin your CrossFit T-Town experience. Each hour-long class consists of a brief lecture, a good warm-up and a workout to get you ready to be a full-time T-Town Athlete. The Fundamentals Program is available every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9am. *If you are new to CrossFit, you will need to complete the six Fundamentals classes before joining our regular CrossFit classes.
