Handstand Progression


I love being upside down for at least 2 minutes. All the blood starts to reverse flow and you start feeling refreshed. I wanted to show people how to work on getting into a handstand. I want people to start working up to a 1 minute handstand hold against the wall. It's like all other skills, you just have to keep practicing. I hope this video helps with you being upside down.
