I am always thinking of new movements or combo movements to push myself to new levels. So here I will start with the one I call Burp-Squat-Thrust. Just like what it sounds like, start with burpee and then go into squat clean then into a thruster. I use 95lbs in the video. This weight is a great warm-up for about ten reps. I think putting together complex movements, helps with overall balance and agility. I will begin to post more bizzare exercise combos in the future.
